confirmed working in Ubuntu 20.04

*for you lot linux users you'll demand to add this line to the steam dark souls launch settings:

*annotation I was also using vkbasalt and ds3 pvpwatchdog too and they did not disharmonize equally far as I tin can tell.

Where are you lot getting framerates like that? On the title screen?
mine goes barely to a higher place 100 in game

works with lutris besides. add the override command to "arguments" section. also works with gamescope. here are my gamescope parameters in control prefix section: "gamescope -westward 1280 -h 720 -W 1920 -H 1080 -U -f --" fps capping in gamescope wont work. information technology must exist in FPSconfig file
^be warned. this would not yield a good consequence
id suggest inject fsr through wine. then apply UseCustomScreenDimensions to stretch game resolution to your native resolution. then plow on vsync(or not) through mangohud

Could you encounter if yous tin can find a way to cap the physics/animations of the game to 60fps then that we don't go slowed downward when colliding with anything including uneven terrain. This would permit us to return and input into the game at a very high fps then that the camera movements and input is responsive simply the physic calculations and animations are based around 60fps to reduce bugs. idk if this would even be possible but its the simply "fix" I can retrieve of.

The game requires windowed manner for unlocked framerate and I take not plant a way around this.

I found that right clicking on the ds3 launcher, going to properties -> compatibility and enabling "disable fullscreen optimizations" allows me to play in total screen while even so experiencing unlocked fps. I'm unaware of whatsoever downsides.

Completely refuses to work I dont go it. 165hz, but still 60fps. Everything is gear up perfect.

Gear up works, no more than 60 fps lock, merely game runs now much worse...
Without set I am getting stable locked 60 fps all the time, merely with this fix enabled I am getting a lot of FPS drops, lags, stutters and my FPS count goes upwards to similar 65~ fps in only few areas...
I take 3080, playing at 4k, max detail.

This game has a very weird feeling engine above 60fps (if that makes sense?) like 120fps in this feel similar 60-80fps in other games. Anybody else feel this way? That'southward not the fault of this mod of class. Thank you a lot for this.

u need to activate borderless windowed. in fullscreen u still see 60hz. in borderless it volition go 144hz or whatever ur monitor is and information technology will be smooth af

give thanks u my friend u are doing gods work! f*** fromsoft for never making a proper pc port for whatever of their games. elden ring is a bigger mess than ds3 ever was. very depression fps - im getting ~90 fps on boilerplate in ds3, ~45 in elden ring in the open up areas. the game looks slightly better than ds3 and somehow destroys the fps in half. also insane stutters

I have read the installation instructions. However, I have just gotten the game to run at 80 fps a few times even though the config file is ready to 144. Most of the time I kick upwardly the game and the championship screen runs at lx, but equally soon as I load in information technology drops to 40. I'g non sure what to do. Can somebody please help me?

Here's hoping FROM learned monitors and Goggle box's with higher than 60Hz take existed for a decade. Releasing on the latest consoles should hopefully brand it sure it'll take 120Hz support.
Dark Souls was xxx, the rest accept been 60, and the only one to support ultrawide has been Dark Souls Remastered.
They've been stuck so far in the past, if Elden Ring comes out capped at 60FPS with no Ultrawide support again, then I just give up with this company.

Hello,
update on this, it is possible to unlock the frame rate (without the movement bugs), and I'd have a mod ready for it correct at present but I don't have the game or access to a PC at the moment. For now, you can use the TGA Elden Ring Cheat Table to use debug frame charge per unit.
